DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 is required at the time of application to guarantee the room. After check-in, Its applied to your damage deposit or forfeited if you don't show up. This deposit is refunded upon departure (less any charges for damage, cleaning fee $50, excessive cleaning charges, missing items or outstanding debt).
PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal, Google Wallet, Bank of America e-mail transfers, Wells Fargo SurePay, Money orders, Cash, and Cashiers checks. No personal checks please. Debit/credit transactions will have an added 4% convenience fee.
